A Solid Group is a permanent training slot reserved exclusively for existing AQA members. It ensures a stable team composition, a homogeneous technical level, and a collective progress environment. Unlike open spots available to the general public, these groups are assigned based on your training history, your level, and your coach's recommendation. Joining a Solid Group means continuing with your regular training partners in a slot dedicated to you.
