Credit System

How credits work

Credits are the currency of your AQA Events Card. One credit equals one standard activity slot. More demanding activities draw more credits — the price is always transparent.

  • Standard activities cost 1 credit

    Most sessions — Initiations, Traversée, Free diving — are priced at exactly 1 credit (1,900 DA).

  • Premium activities cost more

    Scuba diving, biking, and multi-day expeditions are more resource-intensive and cost 2 or more credits per session.

  • The cost is always shown before redemption

    Staff show you the credit cost at the point of redemption. No surprises — you always know exactly what you are spending.

Common questions

The AQA Events Card is a prepaid physical PVC card loaded with activity credits. You purchase a package, credits are loaded, and one credit (or more for premium activities) is deducted each time you attend an AQA Sports outdoor event. Scan the QR code on your card to check your live balance at any time.
The base rate is 1 credit = 1,900 DA. Activities that require more equipment, longer guides, or greater logistics are priced at a higher credit value — for example, rock climbing costs 2 credits (3,800 DA equivalent). The exact cost is always shown before you confirm a redemption.
No. Credits on your AQA Events Card never expire. They remain on your card indefinitely until you use them. There is no time limit or season restriction.
Visit any AQA Sports location. Staff will void the old card immediately and reissue a replacement with your full credit balance transferred automatically. Nothing is lost.
When you purchase a Starter package or higher, you receive free bonus credits on top of what you pay for. For example, the Value package: you pay for 10 credits (19,000 DA) and your card is loaded with 12 credits. The 2 bonus credits are completely free and appear separately in your history labeled as bonus.
Your QR code contains only a secure random token — no name, no balance, no personal data is encoded. The public balance page shows only your first name initial and credit balance. All sensitive data is protected on the server side.
